The world we’re living in seems to be getting crazier and crazier. There’s alot to be frustrated over and angry about. When that anger and frustration comes upon us, how do we release it? How do we release it in a healthy way? Marvel comics has shown us the way. The Incredible Hulk character shows anger and frustration released by doing a HULK smash to something or letting out a defiant roar. This can be a healthy way to release that violent pent up rage.
